21DPC Day 4 Question

Today’s positivity question is:

What Is Your Favorite Movie? And Why?

Cinema

While we’re on the topic of movies, check out the following PE articles on inspiring movies:

Your Task:

  1. Reflect and answer today’s question(s). Write as few or as many words as needed to fully express yourself.
  2. Share your favorite movie with someone.
    • Think of someone in your life who may enjoy (or even benefit from) this movie.
    • Now, share this movie with him/her, whether by way of a verbal recommendation, by lending him/her your DVD/VCD (if you have it), by buying a copy for him/her (if you want to), or even inviting him/her over to watch the movie together in the upcoming weekend.
    • The point of this is to share the love and joy you’ve experienced from this movie with someone else. He/she may well be inspired by it in the same way as you have.
  3. Identify at least one positive thing about your day. It may be something small or something big – as long as you deem it as something positive, it counts. If you have more than 1 thing to share, then by all means, go for it!

Share Your Answers!

After you are done, share your answers in the comments area!

If you’re doing this at the start of the day, you can post your answer for today’s question first, then work on your positivity task throughout the day, then return at the end of the day to share your results for your positivity task and your end-of-day positive reflection.

Check out other participants’ answers. Pick 1-2 participants’ answers and make a meaningful reply to them. Engage in the discussions. This is a group course, so let’s support each other in these 21 days!

Look forward to reading your responses!

Man this is a tough one because I don’t know if I could pick one movie. I would say the Star Wars saga tops the list, though it would be hard to choose one part to be the favorite. Dazed and Confused, Breakfast Club, Purple Rain, and Aladdin also make the cut.

Sharing with someone… again hard because most of my friends and family have seen these films because of me. My buddy Wes out in California hasn’t seen the Star Wars movies yet so maybe I can buy him a set on DVD or something.

Positive thing of the day is that I woke up. Honestly I haven’t done much today just laid around being lazy with the dog. I did have a nice chat with my mom this evening so maybe that can count.

This is a very difficult question, I must admit. There are a lot of films I could watch over and over again. They are mostly about love, dance, success or mystery. I don’t even know which one to pick… The movie I’ve seen most time is A Walk To Remember. This is a very sweet love story, very typical of American chick flicks, but still: this is a kind of love which lives forever. It’s beautiful, naive, pure and everlasting. It’s about strength, belief, trust and death which can’t break loving people apart. ‘Our love is like a wind – you can’t see it, but you can feel it…’ Very sweet and touching. My heart is melting every time I see this movie. Thanks to Nickolas Sparks for his wonderful love stories – I’ve read almost all of them!

You can take my word for it – I made sure to show this film to everybody I could: my family, friends, boyfriend… I’m this type of a person: if I like something, I can’t help but share:)

1 Good Thing? I had an incredibly productive working day. I have made a step forward as an ESL teacher: I had my 1st lesson with a group of 3, with a girl from Moscow (it was on skype) and with a group of 2 we started my new course (I’ve made it up myself). So after a long 10-hour working day I still felt energetic, excited and proud of myself!

  3. My favorite movie by far is “The Princess Bride”!! It’s funny but also has the corny romance as well. No matter how I am feeling I can usually appreciate something about this movie and it never feels like a waste of time.

Tonight I had dinner with some friends and we ended sitting there for two hours talking about memories from our hometowns and high school. It’s been the first time in awhile I have been able to grab a group dinner and it was the perfect way to wrap up the week.

  4. I liked many movies. Some of my favorites are -Gandhi, Forest Gump,The King’s speech, Titanic, The rookie, Avatar and Star wars. They touch me , very intense or entertaining. Love this challenge!

    • So many good choices here!!! I think Forrest Gump was the first time I watched the movie and read the book, and thought that the movie was so much better. Tom Hanks plays that character so well.

  5. I have not been to the movies for a long time. I’d rather read a book. However, there was a
DVD attached to this book so I hope that will do?

“The Secret” DVD shows how the “law of attraction” (LOA) can be used in attracting what we want in life. LOA is a principle that you attract whatever you focus your energy on, whether good or bad. For example, if you focus on what you DON’T want, you are inadvertently attracting that into your life. The trick is to focus on what you DO want in your life and as you work towards your goal, visualize that your dreams have materialized. “Thoughts become things,” – Mike Dooley. “Let no thought of limitation enter your mind,” – Robert Collier.

LOA can be used not only for achieving your goals in life but also for relationship, losing weight, living a healthy life, having a positive outlook, etc.

All of my favorite authors and life coach such as Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale, Jack Canfield, Michael Beckwith, John Assaraf are featured in this DVD. John Assaraf shared how his vision board worked.

Most of us would have used the principle of LOA even before this book or DVD materialized without even knowing it. But to know how to use it properly would be powerful.

Share your favorite movie with someone
Yes, I have shared this DVD with friends, my sisters and nieces. (I’ve given the book as birthday presents to a few of them.)

Identify at least one positive thing about your day
    * went for a jog this morning.
    * ate chicken porridge, for a change, for breakfast this morning (yum!)
    * looks like a peaceful, slow, relaxing day – just what I needed for a Sunday!

    Have a great weekend, everybody!

  6. Like many people here so far, I have lots of favourites – mostly action or comedy.

It’s hard to pick just one, but my favourite is Black Beauty. I love horses, love the story (even if it makes me cry every time), and I love the ending. I suppose what I get from it is that no matter what life throws at that horse and boy, they never give up on each other, even when it seems impossible.

As for sharing it with anyone, well… my husband knows how much I love it but he is not in any way a “horse movie” person. I think I might just take some time and watch it again myself tomorrow. In the meantime, we watched another one of our personal favourites together tonight – The Fast and the Furious. I know there is probably no motivational lesson in there at all, but we both really love action movies, and its a great way to spend time together. :P

My positive things today included having a great day at work, sleeping in and feeling wide awake all day, and making pancakes for breakfast with my husband. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!

    • I think I read the book before but not the movie. But I still really forgot about the plot or anything. So I’m adding the book onto my to read list.

Actually you can share it with anyone. An absurd idea: visit a farm with the dvd and a dvd player ;) and play it for all the horse lovers. :D Just joking. Any of your friends like horses?

  7. I have many favorite movies, but for a comedy I’d have to say A New Leaf. It stars Elaine May and Walter Mathau. The first time I saw it was at a drive in, where it was the companion movie to the one I intended to see. It was so funny I still remember it and not the movie I went to see. The story line is fairly simple: rich guy runs out of money and can’t keep up his lifestyle without marrying a rich woman. So he sets out to find a rich woman. He doesn’t really want to get married, his only ambition is to be rich. I won’t disclose any more in order not to ruin the film for others who might be reading this. :)

The positive things that happened today include went to work (I’m grateful I can work), had a nice cafe latte, had a nice steak salad at a take-out mexican place. Came home to find that my son is having friends sleep over (I’m glad he likes to bring friends home). And now I have ice on my sore foot. A pretty good day.

I have been asked this question several times throughout my life and I have yet to come up with an answer. I do not have any particular favorite movie, I don’t even have a particular favorite genre for my movies. I have seen so many good movies in my lifetime, that I love them all (the ones I’ve seen) and cherish them. I can tell you what makes me love these movies, the lessons that I learn from them. For example, I love sports movies because they inspire me to a) move, b) have hope, c) push through my obstacles, d) give my best, etc. The list is almost endless, sports movies are inspiring and motivational. I suppose, if I think really hard I can narrow down my lifetime of movies to three choices.

The three most important movies in my life are: August Rush, Rudy, and The Great Debaters. August Rush is about music, particularly about a boy who hears music in everything around him. That movie means so much to me because I can relate to that little boy. I hear a melody, a harmony, and a rhythm in everything around me. I always have a song in my head, and I literally do have a soundtrack to my life. I’m just the only one who can hear it. =)

Rudy is about Daniel “Rudy” Reutiger who played football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He came from a blue-collar family who worked in a factory. He was always the smallest, shortest, and youngest. No one ever believed he would amount to much. He got himself into Notre Dame University and then he got himself onto his favorite team in the entire world. He was the last player ever to be carried out of the stadium. He was a true underdog who ended up succeeding in all of his greatest dreams.

The Great Debaters shows the power of words and it may very well be my favorite movie of all time. I have used that movie to hone my own speaking skills, and to use my love of words for great things. It introduced me to debate and how to use words to soothe and mediate as opposed to provocation and hate.

My positive moment for Day 4 comes from when my parents came home for their vacation. The house did seem a little empty and I don’t like having to care for my younger brother alone. He’s not the friendliest creature to walk this earth and it’s nice having a buffer in the form of parents. =)

  9. What Is Your Favorite Movie? And Why? My favourite movie I think it’s Alvin and the Chipmunks. :) It’s funny, interesting yet it pushes in some cultivate good values talk (like how Alivn disobeyed that guy/man/owner whatever :p)

Most of my friends have already watched it. I told Arielle (one of my best friends) about it just now and she didn’t know! So, today’s task, done.

Day 4 Positive – A celebration of being eleven. I’m going to a b’day party later. She (the one who’s hosting the party) is still 10 but she’s gonna be 11 on the 7th (if I’m not wrong). Anyway, since my b’day just passed as well it’s both of us celebrating eleven years old life! :) And, of course, exams being over (not that I had any…only the mainstream classes have them)

  10. Any movie related to business, bio, etc. I love business. These movies give me an adrenaline rush because of the work ethics endured to succeed in a business endeavor to establish a successful business or investment.

  11. Funny, I’ve always been one of those people who can never name a single movie as my favorite – music either!-until just the other day I pulled an oldie off the shelf and declared ” THIS! is my favorite movie!”
My favorite movie is “Made In Heaven”! Why? Because it always lifts my spirits, it has some of my most fave musicians doing cameos, it has a great soundtrack, good cinematography, some awesome lines, fabulous story that is intelligently written,,,and it just speaks volumes to me :)

Received marvelous compliments about “The Kid” today :) Had dinner at one of my old stomping grounds and the food was still most excellent.

  12. This again is another tricky one as I have enjoyed many movies from different categories. I mainly enjoy comedies and psychological thrillers and some horrors. Also since my son has come into my life I have developed an enjoyment and appreciation for animated and pixar films.

As you can tell for my last three comments I am quite an indecisive and open minded person and struggle with narrowing things down and beening too specific and in some ways I find that a positive characteristic to have and other-times its frustrating.

I got a film called The Lion King on dvd a few weeks ago for my son as I appreciated the film when I was younger so thought it would be nice to share the film with him.

I also lent a film called The Ladybrinth, one of my chiildhood favorites to my friend Nabilla, so she could watch it with her children as she said she never saw it as a child.

I recently mentioned a film called: The Sweetest Thing with Cameron Diaz and Christina Applegate to my friend Kerry, because she mentioned watched another film with Cameron Diaz in that she found funny, so thought she would love this film and also because it has one of her favorite songs in the film.

  13. I like so many movies: funny ones, dramas, adventure, action, romantic movies, quirky, historical. There is one I saw years ago.

It was is a french movie titled, Bleu (English translation is Blue). Really interesting.

Schindler’s list was very difficult to watch, but very very good. It stands out.
    Philadelphia stands out.
Lord of the Rings movies, because I loved the books so much and the movies recreated them pretty well.

One of the positive things that happened today, was that I made a pair of ear rings. I enjoyed the process very much.

  14. My favorite is ‘Serenity’ I just like the whole band of rogues saves the Universe kind of thing. As for good things my living room and kitchen are nice and clean. :-)

  15. Serendipity – it just is feel good movie

  16. I have a LOT of favorite movies. I’m in the mood to choose “Wall-e” for whatever reason… I love Wall-e because I feel that it accurately depicts our society’s numbness to everything. We want everything to get easier and easier and we want to put in as little effort as possible into doing anything. We are so wasteful and our earth is just getting filled up with junk each and every day. I can’t imagine how disgusting some parts of the oceans are where all the trash accumulates and I’m definitely a contributor to this whole mess. The character Wall-e is so inspiring for so many reasons and although he is a robot himself, he has so much more introspection that the humans in the movie. He is such a little being in comparison to the whole picture but he just continued doing his job, organizing all that trash, even after the entire earth was evacuated. It really shows us that little by little, even one person/being can make a huge impact in the world. I’ll be sharing this movie with my baby siblings who are three years old.

Something positive about my day is that my best friend to whom I sent a message to a couple of days ago regarding my appreciation and love for our friendship responded with the most heartfelt message. She was really really appreciative of my message just telling her that I loved her and why I appreciate our friendship. She even complimented me saying that it’s very selfless and genuine for the message that I sent her since we often don’t take the time to really say I love you to those we care about. It’s a little awkward because we are not use to professing our feelings like that in person and doing it through an email is so much easier because it’s less personal but I think it’s a great gesture from both of us. It really made my day 

  17. Oh, there are a lot of really good movies in different genres. I do love those fluff, romantic, movies for women, I also like a good action movie, but I definitely appreciate and remember most vividly those that have a message. Those that make me learn something about life or myself. Some of my all time favorites are Yes man, Forrest Gump, Memento, Inception and animated movies Up and Rio, but the Groundhog Day is simply matchless. A great lesson about appreciating life, ourselves, other people; about positivity and being human. I can’t describe with words how good this movie makes me feel every time I watch it. Everybody, everybody should watch it!

Well, my day was pretty ordinary (was there a line in Peaceful Warrior how there are no ordinary days?), nothing special happened, but today I finished rereading the last Harry Potter book for the fourth time. I love that series so much. Made my childhood bit more magical. Such strong positive messages in there. It just makes me feel good. And I think J.K. Rowling deserves some credit for me loving reading so much :)

  18. Day 4

Well you’ve done it now, my favourite movie, there are just too many to mention (I’m exactly the same with music :) )

I’ll just list a few and the reasons why I like them

Ghost – always have loved this movie, but it has taken on special significance for me over the last 3 years since I lost my Dad to cancer. I think it is a wonderful reminder that in the end it is all about love.

Remember the Titans – that the team and coaches got past race and strove for excellence on and off the field and made a difference to their town

The Rookie – Another great movie about persistence I like, because the main character takes his shot at his life’s dream and gets to play in the big league even though he is an older player.

Radio – Is another true life story of a man who makes a real contribution to his team and town due to the coach taking him under his wing. I like this movie because it is all about acceptance and giving someone a go.

Good morning Vietnam – Cause it’s just so damn hilarious :) can quote the whole film word for word.

Jumpin’ Jack Flash – Same reason :) so never watch these 2 films with me because I’ll make you insane lol

A League of their own – also a very funny movie, but i love it because it is about the Women’s all American baseball league and how they went from a bit of a joke and weren’t taken seriously, to people finally seeing the worth of the league and the women who played because of their determination.

Forever Strong – another true story (pattern forming :) ) is about Boy who goes to Juvenile detention, is a rugby player and gradually turns his life around, but his Dad is the coach of the team he played for and their are players that were his friends and they don’t like the fact that he has turned his life around. I like this movie because there are some funny parts but mostly because it is about going your own way in life no matter what others think and doing what’s right rather than doing what’s popular.

Positive for the day – easy – I will get to see my 3 week old nephew today Jordan (I already want to eat him up with a spoon, he is so cute)

  19. Oh God, I simply cannot choose. I love so many movies and for so many different reasons.

Possibly one of my absolute favourites is “Click”. It just totally sums up some of the greatest fears I have in my life, of not spending enough time with the people I miss, of dedicating too much time to the wrong things, of “fast forwarding” your life and actually missing the best parts of it… And it somehow manages to hold a very fine balance between funny and serious that I absolutely loved. Absolutely have to rewatch that movie…

One I find really inspiring that’s definitely along my top favourites because it shows how magical creativity can make our lives is “Big Fish”… and it has such a beautiful ending. There’s a man who lived life with his whole heart and made a heck of a story out of it ;)

As aforementioned by someone – “Lord of the Rings”because of awesomeness to the max and for not butchering a great book.

“Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels” for one of the greatest and most ridiculous plots in history. It’s just so wickedly done with all the plot strands being woven into the final picture and you’re just there thinking “this can’t get any more ridiculous”, except it does. Also, fantastic characters :)

“Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang” for similar reasons and some of the coolest dialogs ever.

“Kung Fu Panda” for being utterly adorable, having some awesome characters and a very strong message of “Stay true to yourself”. Plus one of the most beautiful quotes ever: “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called… the present.”

“Ong Bak” for the best fight scenes ever. (Despite having the crappiest plot ever as well, but that’s not why you watch that movie, you only watch it to drool over Tony Yaa’s made martial arts skills.)

“Bridge to Terabithia”. One of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen, and also one of the saddest, but very very inspiring and with some very strong messages such as “be yourself” and “be kind to others, for that kindness will be rewarded”. Plus Leslie’s just one of the coolest girl characters ever.

The Last Unicorn for lovely childhood memories.

Watership Down. For badass bunnies. Nuff said.

I could go on and on… My boyfriend and I love watching movies so much…
We have a great ritual, we set up their projector and screen, pull out the sleeping-couch, make it all comfy with blankets and pillows and such, make ourselves a cuppa tea or hot chocolate and enjoy snuggled up together. Pure bliss :)

    • Posting the movies to my blog, because I can’t think of anyone I could share with tonight that doesn’t know them anyway… Not that anyone reads it, but maybe at some stage someone will XD Maybe I’ll get my boyfriend to rewatch Click with me the next time we get a chance….

      Positive events today:

Woke up next to my wonderful boyfriend.
Who took me to the Feldenkrais Seminar I was going to today, thus cutting 1 1/2 hours on train and bus to 20 minutes by car.
The Seminar was awesome and the people were all really nice and I heard some inspiring stories and motives of why they wanted to start the course.
I will be signing up for the training course, which has been my dream for like… 3 years?
My boyfriend picked me up from the course too.
A totally weird stranger on the train told me to always stay myself… it was a bizarre dialog. But kinda funny.
Had a meal with my family to celebrate my Dad’s birthday.

    • Ffion – I’ve only ever heard Bridge to Terabithia and Kung Fu Panda before and I really like both of them. I watched Bridge to Terabithia during Children’s Day when I was 8 during school and many of my classmates cried (me included). I really like Leslie, anyway.

I watched Kung Fu Panda 1 and 2 and they were absolutely funny. Everyone in the cinema were LOLing because the characters are so cute. And, I really like the quote as well: Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called… the present.

BTW, I really like your quotes category on your blog, especially the post Invoking Your Dreams because of the picture-quote. :)

And, wish your father a happy birthday from a random stranger. :D

      • :D Thanks for your great comment, I’ll wish my Dad a happy birthday from you later, bet he’ll be pleased :D

Leslie is such a fantastic character, she’s so… alive somehow. And she has such a beautiful imagination. Yeah, the movie is really sad :( It just seemed… so unfair somehow.

I’m still looking forward to seeing the second Kung Fu Panda with my boyfriend, haven’t seen that one yet :)

Aw, thank you very much :) I’m hoping to create more quote typography cards in the future :) I really had to make that one to put over my desk because it’s so inspiring to me. Brings your focus back to what’s important in life :)

  20. I don’t actually have a favourite movie. There are so many great movies out there, that it would be hard to pick just one. Although usually I lean towards anything sci fi, adventure, action, fantasy, those based on comics, and animated kids movies.

One positive thing today is that I’m about to eat a big rockmelon for breakfast, with a mango, banana and grape fruit salad later on :)

  21. I don’t really have a single favorite but most of my favorites are sports related and inspiritional…Hoosiers, Rudy, Remember the Titans, etc. Usually about overcoming fears and odds.

Hi Paige! Be sure to share your favorite movie(s) with someone whom you think can benefit from the message of the movie as part of today’s positivity task.

  22. Favorite movie is 1) Eternal Sunshine and 2) My Neighbor Totoro. I have definitely shared Eternal Sunshine with a lot of people in the past. I am not sure I have any friends who I haven’t talked to about either movie!

My positive thing for today is that I did not let someone make me feel bad because they don’t like some of my life decisions. I am not apologizing for them. In the past I would have let their judgement affect me.

  23. American Beauty

  24. My favourite movie? Definitely one of the Miyazaki ones, probably Princess Mononoke. I love this movie because of the powerful message, the beautiful images and the soundtrack music. It’s almost a perfect movie.

Share the movie with someone who could benefit from it:

Everyone could benefit from seeing this movie! Perhaps I’ll watch it with my mum tonight.

    Positive things today:

My boss thanked me for being such a reliable worker, I really appreciate that because I like working for her and really try to do a good job.

Also, the horses were being really silly today (what with the wind and all) so I got some good videos of them playing!

  25. My favorite movie is “It’s a Wonderful Life” with Jimmy Stewart. It shows the impact that one life can have on so many others. I’d like to believe that the world is affected by my existence.

  26. Oh what a nice question! Because I have watched a load of films!
Lately, my favorite is “The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button”. If you have not seen it yet, please do, because for me it was ultra inspiring. This story is like a biography of an unusual person who was born old. And became younger everyday. Wouldn’t that be fun? It’s a great story and it has an amazing qoute in it.

Benjamin Button: [Voice over; letter to his daughter] For what it’s worth: it’s never too late or, in my case, too early to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want. You can change or stay the same, there are no rules to this thing. We can make the best or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. And I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you never felt before. I hope you meet people with a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of. If you find that you’re not, I hope you have the strength to start all over again.

When I have a hard situation in my life, I take a glance at the wall and read it, and I know that I can always start all over from a blank page. You know, tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life

I liked this story because I want to also have an impressive life story, I guess. And I loved it because it left an unforgetable impression and I thought about it a lot.

    • Forget the daily positive:
I went for a run outside and I was fascinated and excited because I clearly saw that spring was coming. The birdies are back and singing and flowers are coming out. I can climb trees and feel how strong and old and wisdomfull they are.

    • Oh wow, that’s a beautiful quote. I never saw the whole movie, only bits, but I read the short story and loved it to pieces… it’s so… different from anything else I’ve ever read/watched somehow…

I missed that quote somehow., thank you for sharing, it’s really beautiful… now you’ve made me really want to get my hands on that movie again :D

    • Great choice! I bawl watching this movie… Such a touching story :**)

    • Wow, the plot alone is so interesting! That quote is really great…I just printed it out and stuck it to my wall…

    • This is one of my favorite movies. This is one of the movies that have very deep meanings and makes you want to reflect on. Aging and dying are nature courses that we are concerned or worried about at some point of our life time. We want to be young. We don’t want to get old. We fantasize about forever young, and immortal just as in the story of the “Lost Horizon”, where people never die and aging. However, it never comes to our mind that what if the process of aging is reverse.

We never think about what if the nature course of aging is a reverse process. We actually grow younger when time goes on. At first, You might think, “Wow! Dream comes true!!” But, It is not a lucky thing as you might think according to this movie’ main character, Benjamin Button. Instead of getting old and die with his love one, he actually ages backward. Although his appearance is getting younger every day, he learns dreams, and experience life like the rest of us. And, he cannot share experiences and memories with the people he loves and cares about. He ends up sadly alone.

  27. I love all sorts of epic movies, but I’d have to say my favorite(s) is the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I was really worried it wouldn’t do the books justice, but it did, and then some! They’re the only movies I’ve watched in the theater multiple times, and I have to say, I’ve never had similar experiences with any other movies. It’s like the whole audience is just enthralled for several hours. I’ve already made all of my friends and family watch them. :D

    • Oh, and something very positive is happening today. My husband is starting his new job. He only lost his two weeks ago, but we’ve been homeless for that time (fortunately had the money to live in a hotel, but stressing about depleting our savings) and it’s a huge relief to have things back to normal!

      • Congratulations! Hope a new place to stay that you can feel at home in very soon! :)

      • Congratulations, Christina. Glad that everything’s back to normal. :) Thats very positive indeed. :D

    • Lord of the Rings is absolutely fantastic, I love those films to pieces. I’m so glad they didn’t manage to butcher the books.

Though I’m still a bit sad they left out Tom Bombadil and the Scouring of the Shire, but I guess that would have just been too much content, and they really weren’t that relevant to the plot…

    Favourite movie and why…

Even i don’t one single movie which is so favourite to me… Have a few in my mother tongue and few of Hollywood movies.. I mostly love animated movies and funny and comedy movies as it makes us very lite and make us relaxed and also helps us to bring back the childish in us..:)

Almost all the movies i used to watch with my Hubby and so i give update as and when the movie got over :)

One Positive thing about today :

I discussed the mid understanding with my close friend..:) Even though the discussion didn’t end up giving any solution :) :P at the end we felt relief and we both understood that we are close and love each other more than any one else and so these are part of any relationship :)

    1. Pulp Fiction (anyone who has seen and loved it will know why.)

    2. Hmm…most of my friends have seen it many times. I should watch it with my sister again – she doesn’t have it memorized yet. :p

    My Daily Positivity:

There is often something beautiful about a rainy morning.

I’m amazed how the human body works. Everytime I work out, I feel so blessed.

    • dear tina hello

human body is really an amusement park…amzing things and miracles can be done by it v jst can imagine

    • I totally agree with you about the human body being an awesome piece of work :D I’ve been to a Feldenkrais Seminar today in preparation for the training course which I’ll be signing up for very soon. It’s totally awesome.

Movement and excercise are so fantastic. And sadly so very neglected in todays society. We treat our bodies as vehicles to carry us through daily life, but are much too unaware of them, leading us to misuse and harm them…
