    In regard to the manifesto….why does it have to be a customer service manifesto, it relates to so many another areas of our lives!

      You are right Kae! :) The tips do apply to many areas of our lives! I always think that the things we learn in career and business can be transferred to many other areas of our lives too.

  3. I’m consider work as front-line jobs as well, since I’m a Facebook Marketer, so I handle daily inquiries from customers via Facebook. Respond, give answer they want, serve them well to sustain and build up a good brand for my company.

    These are good, will bear it in mind. :)
